This page is the result of years of researching a unit of which I have no ancestry! It is definitely an ongoing work in progress. I am indebted to the friends I have made through their contributions and I sincerely hope this site is helpful to you for whatever reason that may have led you here. For all who have wondered "Who is the guy with the rifle?" this photo depicts me as a reenactor with the 2nd Rhode Island Infantry, Company F wearing the unit's early war uniform.
